What is Wrestlefest Canada?
Inspired by the annual event held in New York, Wrestlefest Canada is a social gathering of people interested in wrestling - from submission, to pro, to freestyle, to boxing.
Chat about your favourite wrestlers or wrestling matches, trade wrestling gear, watch wrestling, and wrestle with guys who have similar interests.
While we will have some meet and greets, there's no formal format to the event. Most of us attending are guys who are turned by or have an interest in wrestling, and want to meet others who feel the same way. While the majority of participants are gay and bisexual males, everyone is welcome.

WHERE AND WHEN IS WRESTLEFEST CANADA?
Wrestlefest Canada will be held from July 26-July 28, 2023 in Toronto.
Participants are free to arrive and depart any time around these dates. See our recommended hotels to stay in the center of the action.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Wrestlefest participants are invited to set up their own matches by viewing the roster on MeetFighters.com and sending messages there. Multiple group social events will be held throughout the weekend, mostly at local bars and restaurants. Stay tuned for more information soon!
HOW DO I CONTACT OTHER WRESTLERS AND SCHEDULE MATCHES?
Check out the participant list on the MeetFighters event page for a list of those attending Wrestling matches are set up privately by participants. We also recommend joining the #WrestlefestCanada chat room in MeetFighters chat to connect with other participants and get all the latest updates. Closer to the event dates, confirmed participants will be contacted by a member of the organising team to join a private Discord channel to chat with other attendees and plan matches.

Of course! We welcome participants of all skill levels. Wrestlefest is a great opportunity to learn from each other and make connections with those with similar interests.
I'M LOCAL TO TORONTO, HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?
Toronto locals, this is your chance! The gay wrestling world will be coming straight to us. Consult the participant list on the MeetFighters event page.While many of the visitors will be staying at our recommended hotels, we also encourage you to host matches if you are able.Got an idea for a social event? IS WRESTLING SAFE?
Like any contact sport, there are risks associated with wrestling, however the vast majority of matches end without incident. We strongly recommend discussing preferences and limits when scheduling matches. Note that Wrestlefest Canada is an informal social gathering. Each participant is solely responsible for their own conduct. WrestleFest Canada and its organizers will not be held responsible for any injuries or liabilities suffered while participating.
